The Carbrook Hall pub in Sheffield is thought to be one of the most haunted pubs in the area. With roots dating back to 1176 it is no suprise that there has been many reports of ghostly activity and spooky going ons here. Sightings of a Colonel Bright have been seen at the top of the stairs, a phantom Roundhead has also been seen here along with other ghostly sightings of a old woman, children and even a monk. Some of the claimed activity here includes glasses and drinks been moved behind the bar area, and sightings of shadow figures around the stairs. link

My last investigation here was not as good as I hoped. We got virtually no activity at all. Not being funny but the only spirits I saw where behind the bar (vodka, gin, pernod etc. )I will be doing a day time investigation soon just to get another feel of the place.
